Day 03
Hospet - Anegundi - Aihole - Pattadakal - Badami

Today morning after breakast check out from hotel and Drive for Badami. Enruote visit to Anegundi - Apart from these archaeological sites, the Anegundi Fort is another popular tourist destination. The fort has many gates and several tombs within. There are two temples a Ganesha Cave temple and a Durga temple in this fort. Some of the famous temples in Anegundi that are frequented by tourists are Pam. Pattadakal, formerly known as Raktapura, is a small town in the Bagalkot district of north Karnataka, India. It is famous for its UNESCO world heritage site. Pattadakal region was settled in pre-historic times, as evidence by megalithic dolmens. Badami - It is famous for its rock cut monuments such as the Badami cave temples, as well as the structural temples such as the Bhutanatha temples, Badami Shivalaya and Jambulingesvara Temple. It is located in a ravine at the foot of a rugged, red sandstone outcrop that surrounds Agastya lake. Overnight stay at hotel.
